Theatre School: Junior Musical Theatre
Designed for young people ages 8–16, this exciting three-week summer musical theatre experience invites students to step into the spotlight and be part of a full production from auditions through opening night. Along the way, performers will build confidence, make new friends, and discover the joy of creating theatre together. Working as an ensemble, students will learn songs, choreography, staging, and character development while gaining hands-on experience in every stage of the rehearsal process. Whether they’re returning to the stage or trying musical theatre for the first time, participants will enjoy a fun, supportive environment where creativity and collaboration take center stage!
This summer, join Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the Hippo, and those mischievous, scene-stealing penguins in Madagascar – A Musical Adventure JR. as they escape New York’s Central Park Zoo for a wildly fun adventure to the colorful island of Madagascar.
