Barrymore Award winner and Hedgerow favorite Tony Braithwaite hosts this original talk-show comedy which will feature special guests, a monologue, skits and songs. Special guests could include singers, dancers, jugglers, authors or even animal trainers. Joining Braithwaite on stage for every performance will be announcer Howie Brown. The primary inspiration for
Heeere's Tony! is the late, great Johnny Carson. Like Carson's show, no two performances of
Heeere's Tony! will be exactly alike.

Tony Braithwaite is a Barrymore Award-winning actor, teacher, director, writer, and comedian based in Philadelphia who has been hailed by
Variety as, "an all-purpose, scene stealing talent." His professional career began at 13, when he became the youngest stand-up ever to appear at NYC's legendary comedy club, The Improv. As an adult, he has performed at numerous theatres: in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Chicago, and D.C. His work ranges from stand-up to Shakespeare, from modern classics to musical comedy. All the while, he manages to find time to teach and direct at local educational institutions such as Curtis Institute, University of Pennsylvania, and his beloved alma mater, St. Joe's Prep. He serves as Vice President of the Board of Theatre Revolution, and he runs the Corporate Comedy Division of his brothers firm, Braithwaite Communications.
Howie Brown Recent credits include: Heeere's Tony! Act II Playhouse, Jack Dempsey in Molumby's Million Iron Age Theatre, Everybody Loves Opal Montgomery Theater, Bus Stop Montgomery Theater, The Invisible Play Phila. Theatre Workshop, Few Good Men Ritz Theatre, Much Ado About Nothing PA Shakespeare Festival, Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum OCPops and The Fantasticks Kimmel Center. Look out for Howie this summer as The Mayor's Aide in the motion picture Safe starring Jason Statham. By day, Howie is the Development Director at Act II Playhouse, General Manager for Philadelphia Theatre Workshop and a Directorial Assistant/Improv Instructor at his beloved alma mater, St. Joseph's Prep.
