Our 9th annual Ray Cooney summer farce
July 14-Sept. 12, 2010 Heritage Series
A Russian ballet dancer wants to defect to the west. But he little realizes the madness that awaits him as his unwitting choice of location is the home of one of England's top Ministry of Defense officials - a man who would have to turn the defector in if he knew who he was. Everyone including the Minister's daughter, Russian spies and even the local constable gets into the act. Confusion, innuendo, mix ups and misunderstandings all come at us at once! What starts sanely instantly ramps up to hyper speed and no one knows who is what or where. Cooney's magic at work as always!

Nov. 26.-Dec. 12, 2010 Special Event
The story of notorious miser Ebenezer Scrooge, who sees nothing merry in Merry Christmas, may be familiar, but just wait until you see this exciting, critically-acclaimed production which made its debut at Curio Theatre in 2008. Praised for its emotional, lyrical, narrative, musical, visual and sheer thespian power, this one-man tour de-force performed by Jared Reed will work magic on Dickens' beloved tale. Retaining much of Dickens' actual writing, Mr. Reed will bring to life all of Dickens' colorful characters, from Scrooge himself to Tiny Tim, in a performance inspired by research into the public performances performed by Charles Dickens himself. But don't expect a mere reading! The Hedgerow production will be accompanied by lighting effects and original music.
